Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to support development and enhancement of ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and CPQ in a global delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules

Develop scripts, workflows, and integrations

Support enhancements, bug fixes, and platform upgrades

Collaborate with architects and onshore teams

Maintain technical documentation
Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

Strong hands-on skills in ITSM and at least two of CSM, FSM, or CPQ

Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs

Experience working in offshore delivery models

Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred

ServiceNow CIS certifications

Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
