Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable ServiceNow Architect to design, govern, and deliver complex multi-module ServiceNow implementations for global enterprise clients. This role requires strong architectural depth across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and CPQ, along with the ability to work closely with onshore stakeholders while leading offshore delivery teams.
The architect will be responsible for translating business strategy into scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring platform integrity, performance, and long-term sustainability. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines architecture, technical oversight, and client advisory.
Key Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and CPQ

Translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture documents

Establish platform standards for configuration, customization, integrations, and security

Lead technical design discussions with onshore clients, product owners, and delivery leads

Architect and oversee integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and event-based patterns

Design and govern CMDB architecture, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data normalization strategies

Ensure optimal use of ServiceNow OOTB capabilities while minimizing technical debt

Review and approve technical designs, custom scripts, workflows, and integrations

Guide developers on best practices, performance optimization, and upgrade-safe development

Support platform upgrades, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Act as the technical escalation point for complex production issues
Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform

Strong architectural expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)

Proven experience designing and implementing CSM, FSM, and CPQ solutions

Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes)

Strong experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and Service Portal

Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, security model, and performance tuning

Experience working in offshore–onshore delivery models with enterprise clients

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, CSM, FSM, CPQ)

Prior experience in telecom, banking, healthcare, or large enterprise environments
