Job Description
We are hiring a ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and CPQ. The role involves building custom applications, integrations, and workflows while collaborating closely with architects and business teams.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

Implement workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies

Build integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server

Customize CSM case management, FSM work orders, and CPQ workflows

Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development

Strong experience in ITSM, CSM, FSM, and CPQ

Advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API)

Experience with Service Portal / UI Builder

Solid understanding of CMDB and data relationships

Strong communication skills for direct client interaction
Preferred

ServiceNow CIS certifications

Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
