Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, FSM, and CPQ. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, guide technical teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and best-practice platform implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Own overall ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and CPQ

Design enterprise-scale solutions aligned with business objectives

Lead requirement workshops with business and technical stakeholders

Define data models, integrations, security, and governance standards

Oversee development quality, code reviews, and performance tuning

Guide platform upgrades, enhancements, and roadmap planning

Act as the technical authority and escalation point for complex issues

Mentor developers and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Required Skills & Experience

12+ years in ServiceNow with strong multi-module exposure

Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)

Strong hands-on experience with CSM, FSM, and CPQ

Solid understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)

Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CIS certifications

Experience working with US enterprise or federal clients

Prior experience leading remote delivery teams
